The Goal: to take and post at least one picture each day for the entire year that I'm 27.

I find that I rush through the day, to rush through the week, to get to the weekend...just to find that an entire year goes by in the blink of an eye. So, on the eve of my last day as a 26 year old I decided to make a change. I challenged myself to take the time each day and find at least one moment worth remembering, hoping that in this way I will learn to live each day for what it is. For regardless of how uniform the days may feel at a glace each one is truly unique and worth cherishing.

Day 104 - Tearing it up

This is what happens when you tell your nosey puppies to "get lost" while you are wrapping a present
They got lost alright...lost is a bunch of trouble and mess!!!
From time to time, as a fun treat I let the dogs tear up old paper towel and toilet paper tubes...
It brings them so much joy (plus free, recyclable toys are always the most fun to give and get)
So I shouldn't be surprised that Wes found the wrapping paper tube and took it upon himself to destroy it!

What did crack me up (but also didn't surprise me) was when Beep (Ashby) came and told on Wes
Whenever she comes running into the room looking like rocket dog (ears slicked back and eyes bugging out)
I know there is trouble...because that face means "you're going to be mad but please don't yell at me"
Sure enough just around the corner was Wes tearing up paper to his hearts content
So I laughed and told Bee she was a good dog, but she should go live it up and tear away!!!
