The Goal: to take and post at least one picture each day for the entire year that I'm 27.

I find that I rush through the day, to rush through the week, to get to the weekend...just to find that an entire year goes by in the blink of an eye. So, on the eve of my last day as a 26 year old I decided to make a change. I challenged myself to take the time each day and find at least one moment worth remembering, hoping that in this way I will learn to live each day for what it is. For regardless of how uniform the days may feel at a glace each one is truly unique and worth cherishing.

Day 100 - The sky's the limit!

An endless sky somewhere over Arizona

I have actually been keeping this blog a bit of a secret
At first I was afraid that I would commit to blogging every day and then mess it up almost immediately...
Then I was afraid it would be so boring I would just quit out of shame and lack of motivation...
But I guess I have to give myself a small pat on the back - 100 days is no small feat

But this doesn't mean that I'm going to slack just the opposite
I plan on taking advantage of the best part of Arizona's year and commit to doing more, so I can blog more,
and keep it interesting enough that I might actually decide to tell people about this blog by day 200
At least that's the goal, or part of the goal...
I'm still just trying to live each day and make it worth remembering!

We'll see what happens from here (during all 265 days I have left in my 27th year)

  1. I hope you keep it going forever! Makes me feel like I spend a little time with you everyday, and I love your insights!

  2. According to my year, you only have 225 days left ;) haha
