The Goal: to take and post at least one picture each day for the entire year that I'm 27.

I find that I rush through the day, to rush through the week, to get to the weekend...just to find that an entire year goes by in the blink of an eye. So, on the eve of my last day as a 26 year old I decided to make a change. I challenged myself to take the time each day and find at least one moment worth remembering, hoping that in this way I will learn to live each day for what it is. For regardless of how uniform the days may feel at a glace each one is truly unique and worth cherishing.

Day 173 - Quick, call Nancy Drew

So the mystery of the day...
On Monday at work I ordered 4 samples of quartz countertops for a client presentation next week
I couldn't get a hold of my local rep so I ordered the samples from the nearest dealer
And asked them to ship the samples to my office for Friday at the latest
Today at 4:00 my local rep showed up with the four samples I ask for...so I was pretty happy
Then I got home tonight at 6:00 and there was a package waiting for me...

I didn't remember ordering anything for myself but was pretty excited at the idea of a surprise
Turns out it was 5 more of my quartz samples...sent to my house???
That wasn't right...I never give out my home address - Especially for work stuff!
After staring at the package with disbelief for a while I noticed that it had 2 shipping labels on it
The top label was my name with my home address...but under that was the original shipping label...
My name, the name of my office, and my office address with one small mistake
The address was typed as 2980 instead of 2960...but how did they get my home address???
When the mailman wouldn't find my office how did they find my home???

Is it wrong this baffles and freaks me out a bit?
(Steve thinks I'm crazy and probably gave out our home address and just don't remember it...
Not true Steve!!!)

  2. Maybe they used your billing address? None the less, definitely creepy!
